Pete and Karina have been putting wildlife art on our walls since 1994. After a
chance meeting between my brother and Karina, a couple of days before I went on a
six week hunt in Montana, they have mounted a number of memories for me: mule
deer, whitetail, pronghorn antelope, tahr, chamois, rusa, sika, two wild merinos and
two fallow.
Finished with amazing attention to detail, with real life poses, startlingly life-like and
beautifully presented, this wall art really captures the imagination of all who see
them, as well as reminding us of many great times in the hills. As a vet, I appreciate
the subtle skills that go into making these animals look exactly like the real thing and
the results are always absolutely true-to-life. Several of my hunting mates have also
had trophies mounted by Pete and Karina, and all would agree that these are the
most outstanding mounts they have.
Pete’s service is outstanding and I would always recommend him to anyone
considering getting a trophy preserved by surely one of NZ’s most professional
taxidermists.
